What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy for unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact. Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned. Returns are free for defective products, while exchanges have a nominal ₹50 processing fee.

Do you offer alteration or stitching services?

Yes! Our in-house tailoring team offers expert alteration services for blouses, suits, and sarees. Basic alterations are complimentary with purchases over ₹3,000. For custom stitching, please visit our store or contact us for a consultation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI payments, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets like Paytm and PhonePe. For store purchases, we also accept cheques and bank transfers for bulk orders.

How do I care for my silk and embroidered sarees?

Silk sarees should be dry-cleaned only. For storage, wrap them in muslin cloth and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid plastic covers for long-term storage. Heavy embroidered pieces should be aired out every 2-3 months and kept away from direct sunlight to preserve colors.
